about the prints
Optimized for exceptional dynamic range and detail using a 16-bits-per-channel color depth (that's TRILLIONS of colors), the longevity of each print is preserved with Epson Ultrachrome K3 archival pigment inks, printed on Epson Ultrasmooth Fine Art paper, an acid-free, 100% cotton rag hot press paper with a matte finish (a matte-finish paper looks better under glass than a gloss-finish paper). This is a true archival paper, and prints will retain their color for 200 years before any fading occurs. Printed as orders are received, each print has its own unique quality, as no two are the same.
Due to their archival quality, the prints are intended for museum-quality frames, as opposed to unprotected mounting. Museum-quality frames use 100% acid-free backing and mats (included with your print purchase), and glazing with either museum UV acrylic or museum UV glass. Museum UV acrylic is considered to be superior to museum UV glass, and will not shatter or break during shipping or moving. Your local frame shop can provide many options for framing your prints. The 16" x 20" and 18" x 24" mat sizes accommodate inexpensive ready-made framing kits.
Prints are shipped flat, in protective packaging. To ensure satisfaction with your purchase, printswithpurpose offers an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee, and a lifetime replacement guarantee should any fading or discoloration occur.
